Altex field staff arranges delivery of oil from your suppliers right from the wellhead to our terminals. We perform a full custody transfer when the oil is transferred into and out of our terminal according to local government regulations.
Production accounting information is tracked in our iGoRail enterprise management computer system and is used by us to report to the relevant government agencies and registries on your behalf for royalty purposes.
If you prefer, we can electronically file to Canada and US customs using Jori International, CN Customs or your preferred customs broker. We file the proforma invoice to ensure that your shipments clear the border without a costly incident. Our shippers perform a monthly reconciliation with the actual invoice which keeps the producer/shipper transactions confidential.
